For Apple Music’s “Breaking Turkish Rap” playlist, I designed a custom typographic cover that reflects the raw energy and cultural depth of the contemporary Turkish rap scene. Inspired by the work of Turkish calligrapher Emin Barın, the logotype was built as a bespoke typographic composition, balancing tradition with urban edge. The layout embraces a vertical rhythm and bold blackletter nuances to create a local, expressive presence highlighting a genre rooted in identity, resistance, and reinvention.
