43rd GMK Festival Identity

The Graphic Designers Association of Turkey (GMK) organizes the Graphic Design Exhibition every year, which stands as one of the most important design events in the country. This year, I had the pleasure of designing the visual identity for the 43rd edition.

For the identity, I embraced a calligraphy-inspired approach, aiming for a balance of elegance and strength. The exhibition’s communication materials carried this aesthetic across both static and motion graphics. For the animated pieces, I collaborated with Mahmut Kalyoncu, bringing an additional layer of dynamism to the identity.

The positive feedback we received throughout the event confirmed that this direction resonated well with the audience. I’m truly grateful to everyone who contributed to the process.
